At Eat to Fit Naturals, we strive to deliver high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Returns

Due to the nature of health and herbal supplements, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Note: We do not accept returns for opened or used products for safety and hygiene reasons.

Refunds

 Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Replacement Policy

We offer free replacement if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours with proper proof (photos/videos).

Return Shipping

  • If the issue is from our side (damage/wrong product), we will cover the return shipping cost
  • Otherwise, return shipping charges may apply

Non-Returnable Item

  • Opened or used products
  • Products returned after 48 hours
  • Items damaged due to misuse
